At Goose & Gander, we want you to love your new gear, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
